Perspective
I work at the intersection of healthcare, employee benefits, and artificial intelligence, helping translate complex systems into clear, trustworthy, and human-centered experiences.
With more than 15 years of experience across benefits consulting, corporate HR, and digital health, I focus on turning ambiguity into structure and improving how benefits are understood and used.
What I Do
Today, my work focuses on building scalable knowledge systems, strengthening governance around benefits interpretation, and ensuring that AI-powered healthcare tools deliver accurate, reliable, and equitable guidance.
I partner across product, engineering, and business teams to bridge the gap between technical systems and real-world employee needs.
How I Think
I believe clarity is a systems problem, not just a communication problem.
When information is structured well and delivered responsibly, people make better decisions about their health, their finances, and their families.
My work is grounded in the belief that access to clear information and well-designed support systems can meaningfully change outcomes.
What I Care About
My work sits at the intersection of healthcare, benefits, and systems—but my interests extend beyond any one domain.
I care deeply about how systems shape access, opportunity, and long-term outcomes. This includes healthcare and employee benefits, as well as education, community development, and environmental responsibility.
I am particularly interested in how clear information, thoughtful design, and strong systems can expand access for individuals and families who have historically had to navigate complexity without support.
Beyond the Work
Outside of work, I spend time with my husband and daughter, exploring new places, staying active, and creating a home environment that feels warm, organized, and welcoming.
